The scientific worldview is neither scientific nor a view of the world. It is a reductionist view of economics that limits scientific research to the study of matter in motion. What we call the scientific worldview was tacked onto the natural sciences during the mid-nineteenth century. It is inextricably linked to the philosophy of Marxism, the politics of matter in motion, also called materialism.
